There are three different units in this qualification; all of which must be passed before the qualification is gained. This course is certified by Highfield Qualifications.
This qualification is designed for anyone wishing to apply for a licence from the Security Industry Authority (SIA) to work as a CCTV operator in public space surveillance. It is based on the relevant SIA specification for learning and qualifications. The objective of this qualification is to support a role in the workplace.
All delegates that attend this course must have a minimum:

Once you have passed all three sections of the course, you will need to apply to the SIA (Security Industry Authority) and pay their fee to gain your CCTV Level 2 Licence.
The course is held over 2-3 days (depending on previous qualifications) and also requires self study prior to the course. This course is available from £165 + VAT per person, depending on location. This cost includes exams and all course materials. If anyone should fail, a free resit will be offered.
