Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed with Aphis Training & Services. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the booking by Aphis Training & Services or refusal of delegate attendance to the booked course. Any associated invoice will remain outstanding and full payment will be required.
Cancellations:
No refund will be provided for cancellation of a course booking. A transfer to an alternative course date may be available. Please refer to Changing Course Dates (3).
No refund will be provided for refusal of admittance to a course due to late arrival or failure to adhere to the requirements of the course (e.g. failure to complete/submit pre-course work, failure to adhere to physical intervention dress code, etc.). At the discretion of Aphis Ltd., a transfer fee may be applied and an alternative course date offered.
Changing course dates:
Should the course date of a booking need to be changed one month or more prior to the booked course start date, no additional fee shall be applicable.
Should the course date of a booking need to be changed less than one month prior to the booked course start date, an administration fee will be applicable.
Should a delegate be unable to attend a course due to unforeseeable circumstances, a transfer to an alternative date can be arranged at the discretion of Aphis Ltd.
Courses start promptly at the time stated on the welcome letter provided in the welcome pack. Please ensure that delegates arrive 10 minutes before the stated time to complete registration, unless stated otherwise. Late arrival to the course may result in refused admittance to the course at the discretion of the trainer. Please refer to Cancellations (2).
All delegates must bring the relevant course forms, passport photos and ID documents to the first day of the course, as stated in the welcome pack. Failure to do so may result in non-admittance to the course – please refer to Cancellations (2).
Where applicable, pre-course work must be fully completed and submitted by the deadline stated on the course welcome letter. Failure to do so will result in non-admittance to the course – please refer to Cancellations (2).
Results will be issued to each individual up to 3 weeks from the completion of the course.
All certificates will be emailed to the person who booked the course approximately 5 days after the results have been issued. Please note that First Aid certificates will be sent via post (9).
First Aid certificates will be posted to the company much sooner than this as Aphis Training & Services currently has CMA status with Highfield Qualifications. It is estimated that certificates will be posted to the company/individual approximately 1 week after completion of any First Aid course, dependant on postal times.
Should any additional support be required by a delegate, Aphis Training & Services should be informed at least 1 week prior to commencement of the course. Evidential documentation may be required prior to the course for reasonable adjustments to be applied in some circumstances.
The cost of the course includes all training fees, course materials, examinations, administration fees, postal fees, and certifications. There are no hidden charges.
